You can return any items within 28 days of receipt, if the item is in its original box, unused condition.We are not responsible for a customer's "worn" damages.

We only accept returns that shipped and sold by shoentale.com.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.

Please retain a receipt / proof of postage from your local post office and email the tracking number to us.

Due to varying circumstances,we no longer process exchanges,We encourage you to return for a refund and recorder if you wish to make an exchange.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE 

if an incorrect or defective item is received,please contact our customer Service team right away and we will have the issue resolved for you.We reserve the right to request for photo of the defective item before we authorize a return.We are not,under any circumstance,responsible for a customer's "Worn" damages(wear and tear,strecthing,etc).
